Therefore, TripSakhi shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, illness, theft, loss of baggage, personal belongings, property damage, natural disasters, weather conditions, political disturbances, road closures, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our team will always make sincere efforts to assist travelers during emergencies or unexpected situations; however, such assistance does not create additional legal liability or financial responsibility for TripSakhi.
